01Do I need a card to start the free trial?
Yes, for a one-time card check of AED 1 (or the same amount in USD or EUR). It confirms your card, a receipt is issued, and it is not a subscription charge. The 14-day trial includes every feature of the plan you choose. Your first invoice is issued only when the trial ends, and you can change or cancel any time before then.
02Where is my data hosted?
Mithaq ERP runs on secure cloud infrastructure for UAE customers, with encrypted connections, daily backups and role-based access. Enterprise customers can ask for a private cloud or on-premise deployment.
03Is Mithaq ERP VAT-ready for the UAE?
Yes. VAT is calculated on transactions, tax invoices carry your TRN, and VAT reports support returns preparation. The finance foundation is designed to be ready for the UAE e-invoicing programme.
04Does it work in Arabic?
The interface works in English and Arabic, and key documents such as legal letters and tenant documents can be printed in both languages.
05Can I add modules or users later?
Any time, from your account. Upgrades apply immediately with a pro-rated charge for the rest of the period; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
06Can you move our data from our current system?
Yes. Our team helps import masters such as properties, units, tenants, customers, suppliers, items and opening balances from Excel or your current system during on-boarding.
