1. Who we are

Mithaq Technologies FZ LLC, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for the personal data described here.

2. What we collect

Details you give us: name, company, email, phone, country and messages when you request a demo, contact us, chat with us or sign up.

Account data: users, roles, log-in times, subscription, invoices and payments. For card payments we keep only the last four digits and a payment reference; full card numbers are not stored by us.

3. How we use it

To provide and bill the service, to answer your requests and support tickets, to send service emails (welcome, verification, invoices, receipts and reminders), and to improve the product.

We do not sell personal data.

4. Sharing

With service providers that help us run the service (hosting, email delivery, payment processing), under confidentiality obligations, and when the law requires it.

5. Storage and security

Data is protected with role-based access, encrypted connections, activity logging and daily backups. We keep data for as long as your account is active and as required by law (for example, tax records).

6. Your choices

7. Cookies and local storage

The website uses your browser's local storage to keep you logged in, to remember your language and currency, and to remember your live chat conversation. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
