1. Try before you pay
Every plan starts with a free trial, so you can evaluate Mithaq ERP fully before you are invoiced. The trial starts after a one-time card check of AED 1 (or the same amount in USD or EUR). The card check is confirmed by a receipt and is not refunded or deducted later.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly fees are not refundable. When you cancel, the subscription stays active until the end of the paid month and no further invoices are issued.
3. Yearly subscriptions
If you cancel a yearly subscription within 14 days of paying the first yearly invoice, we refund the unused months, less any discount received. After that, yearly fees are not refundable and access continues until the end of the paid year.
4. Upgrades
Upgrade charges are pro-rated for the rest of the current period and are not refundable once the upgrade is applied.
5. Billing errors
If you were charged in error, for example twice for the same invoice, we refund the duplicate amount in full to the original payment method, in the currency it was paid in.
6. How to ask
Open a billing ticket from your account or write to sales@mithaqtechnologies.com with the invoice number. Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days.
