01Can brokers see their own deals and commission?
Yes. Each broker or agency gets a statement of registered leads, deals, earned and paid commission, which can be emailed or viewed on the broker portal.
02What happens when a broker's RERA card expires?
The system warns your team ahead of the expiry date and, once expired, the broker cannot be selected on new deals until a valid card is uploaded.
03Is VAT on commission handled?
Yes. Broker invoices carry VAT where the broker is registered, and commission accruals, invoices and payments post to the ledger with the correct VAT treatment.
